Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Below
you will find some of our
Frequently Asked Questions
about Etrusca Hair Design
Salon. If you should have
any questions not addressed
here, please feel free to
call Michelle Flippen at
707-578-5121.
Q: How do I get to your
salon? Is there parking
nearby?
A: Etrusca is centrally
located upstairs at the
corner of 4th Street at D
Street in downtown Santa
Rosa. There is ample
parking—both street metered
parking and metered parking
in the lot behind the salon,
as well as nearby parking
garages. Please see our
Contact Us page for map and
directions.
Q. Why aren’t service prices
listed on the website?
A: Our rates may vary
depending upon our specific
needs, so we encourage you
to contact us
directly to discuss the cost
of the service you are
interested in.
Q. What kind of products do
you carry in your salon? Do
you sell products?
A. We sell the Enjoy Hair
Care line in our salon. We
can also order products upon
request. For a list of the
products our stylists use
for color and styling,
please see our Products
page.
Q: I have some questions
about the extensions
process. How can I find out
what is involved?
A: We have answered some
commonly asked questions on
our Extensions page, and
also invite you to call
Michelle Flippen to get the
answers to your questions
about the extension process
as well as the full
estimated costs.
Q. What questions should I
ask to address my styling
expectations?
A. Our stylists appreciate
an initial discussion at the
time of your cut or color so
that you are completely
comfortable with your
experience here. During the
consultation, which always
precedes a cut or coloring,
please feel free to speak
about your concerns: How
often do I need to have my
hair cut or colored to
maintain this appearance?
How much time and money is
involved? What are the best
ways to recreate this look
at home? What products work
the best for my hair?
Q. What is the best way to
communicate my styling and
coloring preferences?
A. Pictures are a good start
to communicate your thoughts
about changes in hair color,
cut, or texture. Your
stylist can review whatever
photo you provide and work
with you to find a close
match for color or style.
They can also discuss how
your existing hair color,
texture and existing cut
would work with any color or
style you are trying to
match.
Q. How often should I get my
hair cut or colored?
A. Getting your hair cut on
a regular basis keeps your
ends clear of splits and
will also make styling your
hair more effortless. We
recommend cuts on a 5-6 week
basis to maintain your
shape. If you are growing
your hair out, a shaping for
the style no longer than
every 8 weeks will actually
help you get it longer
faster!
Q. How can I get ongoing
tips on hair care and
styling?
A. Like us on Facebook and
Pinterest for regular hair care
tips and ideas!
Also, communication with
your personal stylist is key
with any ongoing hair care
information your needs may
require. We welcome your
calls to discuss your needs. |
